Essay

Socio-psychological factors of women's participation in the activity of women public associations were found on current thesis. A variety of differences were elucidated in those factors - depending on the role of a woman in a public alliance, focus of the alliance's activities, alliance's localization, and a main motive of the women's involvement in an alliance. A psychological model of women's involvement in the activity of public alliances that includes major contributory and non-contributory socio-psychological factors of women's public participation and socio-psychological resources of women's involvement in public activity has been developed on a base of data derived during research.
