The object of study: the processes of the development of commercial enterprises. Objective: improving of theoretical and methodological foundations and developing of practical approaches to optimization of the development of commercial enterprises based on commercialization-diversified strategies. Methods: systematic, analysis and synthesis, comparison, statistical, mathematical modeling. Novelty: for the first time developed and proposed methodological approach for implementation commercialization-diversified strategy of the development of commercial enterprises, based on the results of the financial analysis, mathematical modeling, author sociological researches and SWOT-analysis, improved definition of notion "commercial enterprise", approach to the formulation of principles and regularities of the construction of commercialization-diversified trading enterprise development strategies, methods of evaluation of readiness for the introduction of commercial enterprise commercialization-diversified development strategy.
