Myahkohod Y. Remedies Available for Land Rights Protection under Ukrainian Legislation.

The dissertation is devoted to the comprehensive study of remedies available for land rights protection under Ukrainian legislation. The dissertation offers the definitions of certain concepts of land law, in particular, concepts of land rights protection, protection methods, forms of protection, remedies, declaration of land rights. The role of remedies both in material and procedural aspects is shown. The classification of remedies according to new criteria is suggested. Certain remedies were analyzed in detail. The study allowed for a number of new scientific findings concerning land remedies available in land rights protection. The proposals to improve current legislation as well as practices of its application are made.
