The Thesis is devoted to the justification of the theoretical foundations of the development system of methodological and practical recommendations for the natural resources supply to ensure the efficient functioning of the agrarian sector. The Thesis summarizes the theoretical approaches to the meaning of agrarian sector's development. The essence of the natural recourses security is proved. The peculiarities of the natural resources potential as a basis of production capacities increasing, taking into account the biological characteristics of their species and connection between them, using ecological oriented approach to its formation are given. The system of indicators and evaluation methodology of natural resource maintenance, situation and trends in the industry, taking into account environmental criteria is analyzed in the research. Тhe conditions of formation and components of natural resources to ensure the development of the agrarian sector are studied. The optimal direction of the rational use of natural resources is identified. The natural regionalized aspects and the connections in the process of formation of productive capacity and sectoral structure of agrarian enterprises in the natural zonation areas are revealed. The investment opportunities in the implementation of activities of the Environmental Protection Agency in order to ensure the balanced development are studied
