The thesis deals with development of information technologies of optimization of work of motor transport enterprises of Chernihiv area. The new information technology to improve the quality of bus Intercity passenger transport is proposed. For the construction of information technology new adapted gravity models of passenger traffic interactions between the cities of Chernihiv area are developed, that taking into account the statistical epicycles passenger traffic in space and time. The model of efficient use of vehicles, taking into account the economic interests of passengers and carriers transport enterprise was improved. Found statistical dependence of the mobility of the population of socio-economic indicators in the area. A new optimal network of fuels and lubricants software for Chernihiv and area is proposed. This network takes into account the technical and operational characteristics of the passenger traffic system of Chernihiv area. The problems of the provision of information of passenger-transport process and ad-vanced technology offered feedback "driver-manager" are analyzed. The new model of communication can improve the quality of transportation services in the area.
