Khymychuk K. Legal regulation of rendering of administrative services by Ukrainian bodies of justice

This thesis is the complex monographic research, devoted to theoretical and practical problems of rendering of administrative services by Ukrainian bodies of justice. Theoretical and normative legal bases of concept of administrative services in Ukraine are analysed. Definitions of Ukrainian bodies' of justice activity on rendering administrative services, procedural and service powers which are carried out by Ukrainian bodies of justice in the field of rendering of administrative services are formulated. Classification of administrative services which are rendered by Ukrainian bodies of justice is carried out. Standards, principles, procedure of rendering of administrative services by Ukrainian bodies of justice are characterized. The features of carrying out of some kinds of activities on rendering of administrative services by Ukrainian bodies of justice are analysed. Proposals and recommendations to normative legal acts in relation to rendering of administrative services by Ukrainian bodies of justice have formulated.
