The thesis is devoted to the substantiation of the theoretical and methodological foundations and development of practical guidelines for the formation and operation of controls and levers crisis management of the agricultural sector of Ukraine.The concept of organizational- economic mechanism of crisis management of the agricultural sector, which is implemented as a module- block structure and allows for the strategic direction of the crisis in terms of organizational, administrative, economic, financial, technical, technological and scientific innovation, social, motivational, environmental and legal elements that form the conditions for sustainable operation and development of agricultural production.
