Object: The object of the research is the process of social functions implementation of agricultural machine building enterprises. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of implementation effectiveness of social functions behavioral patterns of enterprises of agricultural engineering. Purpose - to study and develop the theoretical and methodological principles and application evaluation, implementation and management of social functions behavioral patterns of enterprises of agricultural engineering. Author used method of analysis and synthesis, systematic, historical methods, functional and structural analysis, questionnaires and expert assessments magnitude estimation, clustering, ranking, methods of statistical analysis. The theoretical value of the results is summarizing and the development of evaluation and management of agricultural engineering enterprises by influencing on their social function; in accordance methodical principles and practical guidelines are the basis for increasing the enterprises efficiency. Scientific novelty is the development of theoretical and elaboration of practical guidelines for the formulation of measures that improve the efficiency of enterprises on the basis of potential social management. The practical significance of the results is in wide use possibilities of the results and the recommendations that are complex application development with formation of an effective social and economic model in the development of agricultural machine building enterprises. The scope of authors' recommendations are domestic, agricultural machine-building enterprises, universities.
