Oliynyk L. Asset management of the enterprise in the system of economic activity's convergence in economic infrastructure.

The thesis disclosed the urgent issues of the machine-building enterprises' asset management in the system of existing crisis trends and economic challenges, formation the mechanism of the involvement and mobilization of assets, based on the convergence of the economy's institutional system and the use of market infrastructure as converting resources' tools. Suggested author's vision of engineering companies' openness to economy's institutional functioning, the evolution of approaches and opportunities to attract and mobilize resources within the innovative tools of asset management operations. According to the study, the asset management mechanism, based on convergence in the institutional system that involves the use of market infrastructure as a tool of economy's resources converting into assets of the machine-building enterprise is offered. The introduction of innovative management tools proposed to base on criterion-management approaches for including at the enterprises systems, that functionally increase the efficiency of asset management. These systems are: factoring, banking and commercial loans, overdrafts, leasing, franchising, forfeiting, invoice discount, outsourcing, kanban system, hedging, corporatization, debt issuance and more.
