The thesis focuses on theoretical generalization and new solution to topical scientific task of deepening theoretical and methodical foundations as well as elaborating practical recommendations in terms of moulding a mechanism for financial and operational activity management at higher educational establishment to ensure its economic development. Theoretical foundations of both financial and operational management and economic development of higher educational establishments have been complemented and enhanced. Mechanism of financial and operational activity management at higher educational establishment has been suggested. IPracticality of automated information data system in the mechanism of financial and operational activity management at higher educational establishment with a view of providing management functions have been substantiated. It has been suggested to assess the efficiency of financial and operational activity management mechanism at higher educational establishment due to the chosen criteria on the basis of complex data for comprehensive analysis of management performance and making effective management solutions.
