Haba M. State regulation of rural green tourism

Thesis deals with the scientific and theoretical, methodological and practical issues of development government regulation of rural green tourism. The thesis considered the theoretical and methodological approaches to the regulation of rural green tourism. In this paper, by clarifying the essential characteristic of rural green tourism, theoretical and methodological foundations efficiency of rural green tourism, features of government regulation of rural green tourism. The estimation of tourism and built forecast volume of tourist flows to the years 2014-2016, analysis the organization of rural green tourism and systematized the factors that influence the development of rural green tourism. Defined and reasonable directions of rural green tourism, revealed the feasibility of using the international experience of rural green tourism as an effective direction of tourism development. Using the experience of rural green tourism abroad by trends and prospects of rural green tourism in Ukraine on the basis of geographical, ethnic and cultural, political and economic features. The paper presents a business-plan as a basis for the development of rural green tourism, which feature efficient use of existing resources for estates of rural green tourism in general. In the study, the model of state regulation of rural green tourism, which aims to achieve economic and social impact, taking into account the definition of directions from regulators development of rural green tourism.
