Essay

The object of study: workflows car with a hybrid engine unit (HEU) and energy conversion linear electromechanical transducer-absorber (EMTA). Objective: to increase energy efficiency of equipment HEU and the suspension based on EMTA, as well as their management systems to improve the technical and economic performance of the car due to the rational use of energy. Methods: simulation and numerical modeling processes; finite element method; methods of approximating functions; methods of experimental research. Theoretical and practical results: developed ways of rational use of energy car with HEU and EMTA; The possibility of applying a linear EMTA in the suspension; developed: recommendations for determining the parameters of the linear EMTA, the universal simulation model of GSM and EMTA in packages Matlab SimPowerSystem and SimMechanics; advanced suspension design, the hybrid powertrain and controls the accessories. Novelty: the theory was developed hybrid car; the relationship between the parameters of the mechanical part of the vehicle suspension and EMTA; improved approach to the application of the linear mode EMT energy recovery; scientifically redistribution of power from the engine to the auxiliary equipment. Degree of integration: results are used by JSC "Ukrainian Institute of buses and trolleybuses structure", JSC "Ukrainian design bureau transmissions and chassis", JSC "Slobozhansky industrial company," NTU "KPI". Areas of use: transport machinery.
