The thesis is dedicated to development of recommendations for efficiency increase of the bronchial asthma treatment with allergen specific immunotherapy in children depending on asthma phenotype and duration, on the basis of estimation and comparison of clinical-immunological features of disease. Regional features of structure of bronchial asthma clinical phenotypes in children of the Zaporozhia region were detected according to the international consensus GINA criteria for clinical verification of asthma phenotypes. This deepened understanding of pathogenesis and gave answers on the question about probable causes of Difficult-to-treat asthma development. Approaches to the bronchial asthma treatment taking into account phenotype were improved. On the basis of the clinical, functional and immunological findings it was argue that volume and type of basic therapy doesn't depend on phenotype of atopic bronchial asthma in children. It was well-proved that different phenotypes have different terms of manifestation and clinical features of course that must be taken into account in patients with bronchial asthma manage. Study of the dynamics of apoptosis markers (sFAS-l to the receptor of sARO-1/FAS and Annexin V) change on the background of the different duration of the allergen specific immunotherapy helped to prove that allergic inflammation is present even in total clinical remission period.
