Uzhvieva E. Improvement of the method for substantiation of settlement bypass construction taking into account ecological indexes.

The object of the research is settlement bypasses. The subject of the research is ecological indexes of the settlement environment under different conditions of movement of traffic flows. The research methods are the semitheoretical method with application of the system approach, the hierarchy analysis method for determining the relative degree of component interaction in the given hierarchy or importance (advantage) of some components in relation to other ones by means of pairwise comparison. The environmental safety estimation was carried out using methods of mathematical modeling, the theory of probability on individual and integral criteria. Development of the mathematical model was performed taking into account its general character by means of description of individual subsystems and components with the help of theoretical and empirical dependences. Checking the mathematical model validity was conducted by comparing the calculation results with the experimental data. The scientific novelty of the research is in perfecting the method for substantiation of settlement bypass construction taking into account ecological indexes using the hierarchy analysis method; improving the mathematical model of emission of hazardous substances from automobile exhaust gases considering parameters of surface topography and inversion at substantiation of settlement bypass construction; perfecting the method for determining the radius of automobile bypass roads for settlements extended in length with application of the concurrent access method. The practical value of the results obtained: for substantiation of settlement bypass construction the hierarchy system of criterion ranking with application of the hierarchy analysis method was developed; according to the results of the experimental research in accordance with the scientific research work № 43-08-08 "Determination of ecological state of automobile roads Р06 Uljanovka - Nikolaev km 185+080 - km 192+670 within the town of Novaja Odessa" implementation of the method for substantiation of settlement bypass construction at building the bypass road within the town of Novaja Odessa was carried out; construction of the settlement bypass taking into account ecological indexes for the section of automobile road М03 Kijev-Kharkov-Dovzhanskij km 424+200 - km 429+000 within the town of Valki was substantiated.
