Essay

Dissertation is dedicated to the actual scientific task justification technology open pit mining of steeply dipping deposits through the use of regularities filling of the funnels, formed as a result of underground mining, from the working area of open pit, which ensures the completeness of mining stocks by open pit mining. Established that providing influence for the funnel at a certain depth and reducing its volume by passing backfill material it is possible to safe conditions for doing open cast mining. Established and investigated dependence of the bandwidth of backfill drillhole, which depends on its diameter, angle of inclination, and the value of the average size of a piece of rock supplied rock. Developed rational technological schemes of open cast mining in the organization of backfill works based on the use of mobile crushing excavation and loading equipment. Investigated the variation of operating costs for the elimination of funnels as a function of the distance of transportation of waste rock to external dumps. Analysis of underground developed space under the eastern side of Gleevatskiy open pit helped to identified 17 dangerous areas for open mining operations. It was evaluated necessary volumes for the filling of underground funnels, using waste rocks for the average (150 m) depth of filling. Cost-effectiveness of involvement in the working off the eastern wall was done by the criterion of reduced profits obtained for the all time of working off the wall and was 337.5 million UAH.
