Rybalko L. Improving the Economic Mechanism of Resource Saving Management for Mining-and-Processing Integrated Works.

The thesis is devoted to the improvement of economic mechanism of resource saving management for mining-and-processing integrated works. There had been specified the meaning of economic categories "resource saving " and "resource saving management" with the focus on mining companies specific. The classification of resource saving have been improved by adding features as "by the essential characteristics" and "by effects". The author had proved the expediency of complex processing of mineral base and proposed methodological principles of value-based approach in the resource saving management which based on using resource saving drivers of increasing economic efficiency in the production of related products. Methodical approach to assessing resource that includes a definition of the stages of this assessment, the development of economic and mathematical tools and comprehensive application of partial and integral resource indicators. Also there had been improved the system of criteria for effective management of resource saving by grouping it accordingly to the maximization of financial performance, profitability and minimizing costs. There had been proposed the methodological approach to improving the economic mechanism for resource saving management based on the principles of the ILO and provides optimization of parallel production of main and related products at Mining-and-Processing Integrated Works. The author developed the complex of production programs and recommendations to improve efficiency of resource saving management of Mining-and-Processing Integrated Works and increase economic value added of the enterprise.
