Essay

The object of research: the decision-making process in high-tech manufacturing of an enterprise. The goal is to clarify the theoretical positions, to develop the scientific and methodological tools and practical recommendations to improve organizational and economic decision-making support in high-tech manufacturing of an enterprise. Methods: abstract, logical and dialectical methods, system analysis and synthesis, value analysis, the method of expert evaluations, economic and multi-criteria analysis, economic and mathematical methods. Theoretical and practical results: the theoretical and methodological positions and organizational and economic support of the decision making process in high-tech manufacturing of an enterprise, which have been brought to the level of specific proposals and are based on the particular features of its functioning and development, are developed. Scientific novelty: the comprehensive approach to forecasting the financial performance of the enterprise on the basis of calculating the high-tech level of manufacturing, which allows to determine the economic consequences of the decision-making concerning an innovative product development and manufacturing and generate measures to improve financial performance, is developed. Implementation: the results are implemented in activity of JSC "Xарьковхолодмаш", PA "ОВЕН", the Department of Economics of the Kharkiv State Regional Administration (Kharkiv), in the educational process of the Department of Economics and Marketing of National Aerospace University "KhAI". Areas of use: instrumentation-making enterprises and other engineering enterprises.
