Dzharta V. Administrative Principles of Management of the State Property Objects in Ukraine

The thesis addresses theoretical concepts of the management of the state property objects in Ukraine. It has been proved that a legal basis for the management of the state property objects is administrative law provisions. It is proposed to consolidate them within administrative property law. The definition, essence and types of the state property objects in Ukraine have been adduced and factors which influence on their scope have been defined. Legal principles for management of the state property objects have been described and the types of the law sources with administrative law provisions which create a legal basis of this management activity have been separated. The system of legislation related to management of the state property objects has been delineated and the main recommendations on their systematization have been provided. The essence and content of administrative mechanism related to the management of the state property objects in Ukraine are researched. The main elements of this mechanism are separated. The system of subjects (bodies and persons) of management of the state property objects in Ukraine has been analyzed. Proposals on improvement of their legal status in this sphere have been provided. The thesis deals with administrative instruments of management of the state property in Ukraine. The essence and content of administrative relations in the mechanism of the management of the state property objects in Ukraine have been studied.
