Miroshnichenko O. Administrative and legal guarantees of the right of citizens in the Internal Affairs of Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to consideration of theoretical and applied problems of administrative law guarantees the citizens right of access to the internal affairs of Ukraine. Rendered Basic Law refers to the right of universal human rights and citizen participation in the administrative process. The paper presents the authors' definition of the term "citizens petitions to the police", presented classification of appeals; analyzes the rights and responsibilities of citizens and forms of realization of citizens; the problems of legal regulation of relations arising in appeals to the law enforcement bodies of Ukraine, laws of Ukraine on the formation of citizens' petitions methodological issues of this regulation, the general procedure for the exercise by citizens of their right to appeal and the procedure works with citizens in the internal affairs established by the legislation on citizens petitions, addresses the interaction of internal Affairs of Ukraine with law enforcement agencies and public authorities in the implementation of the mechanism guarantees the right to appeal. Some measures to improve the legal regulation of constitutional law and current legislation to apply to the internal affairs of Ukraine, as well as the necessity and identifies areas of improvement practices by public appeals in the internal affairs of Ukraine.
