Boretska Z. Formation of the quality management system at agricultural enterprises

The dissertation is devoted to the study of theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the formation of the quality management system at agricultural enterprises. Refined essence of the individual categories in the field of quality management, improved approach to the systematization of quality management methods, as well as identified indicators integrated assessment of quality management system in agricultural enterprises. The current state and trends of the business entities of the agricultural sector have been analyzed, the factors affecting the quality of the activities of the researched enterprises have been defined and the results of the evaluation of the existing system of quality management activity at agricultural enterprises have been presented. Conceptual approach of the formation and implementation of a quality management system in agricultural enterprises has been proposed. Developed evidence-based guidelines and practical suggestions for further improvement of the quality management system, in particular the adoption of effective managerial decisions on the production and quality of agricultural products in order to increase the competitiveness of producers.
