Essay

The thesis is devoted to solving important scientific and technical challenge: creating metallopolymeric abrasive composites. It was solved with the study of metallopolymeric abrasive composites structure and properties. Thus the operational reliability of the aircraft engines superalloy's details and the dimensional stability of the abrasive tool were increased.. It was shown that oligophenolate with vanadium, iron, copper are synthesized at 523-630 K and 20-80 MPa . The graphene-graphane in metallopolymeic structure was formed. The SHM usage, as a filler, in metallopolymeric composition leads to mechanical properties increasing, for example young's modulus increase in 1,64 time. The small free volume elements migration was proven The advantages of metallopolymeric instruments versus foreign instruments were proven: abrasive consumption decreases in 2,8 times with polymerization temperature ( up to 540-630 K) and pressure (up to 30-60 MPa) increasing; fatigue endurance of treated superalloy's details increases in 1,3-2,1
