Ivanov O. Improvement of quality dental restorations in the treatment caries.

The dissertation is devoted electron microscope, clinical and microbiological study of peculiarities of use of domestic nanocomposite material "Dipol" with improved methods of its application, allowing to raise quality of restoration work and to increase the life of restorations in the treatment of uncomplicated caries. Detected that domestic material "Dipol" is a high-tech nanocomposite, which determines its application in restoration works,is more economically acceptable, not inferior on their microstructural characteristics and adhesive properties of the material of foreign production "Filtek Supreme XT (USA). Analysis of results of clinical studies showed a high aesthetic and strength characteristics of domestic nanocomposites nanocomposite "Dipol", In addition, the application of moisturizing agent "Aqua-Prep" allows to achieve a deep and uniform penetration adhesive system dentinal tubules, without affecting the structure of the seal and communication material with enamel of the tooth, thereby improving the adhesion of nanocomposites to the tissues of the tooth. The developed method of application of the material "Dipol" agent "Aqua- Prep" and ultrasonic finishing treatment of enamel that can improve the quality and increase the service life of restorations is proven its clinical efficiency.
