Caravan Y. Retrospective analysis of the incidence of malignant neoplasm maxillo-facial area, the quality of their diagnosis and prognosis of development.

The dissertation is devoted to improving the quality of diagnosis of malignant neoplasm maxillo-facial area among residents of the western region of Ukraine by analyzing medical records Ivano-Frankovsk Regional Clinical Oncology dispensary, Lvov State Regional Cancer treatment - diagnostic center, Ternopol Regional Clinical Oncology dispensary, Chernovtсi Regional Clinical Oncology dispensary and forecasting their development to improve the effectiveness of treatment. By analyzing the quality of clinical diagnosis found that malignancies maxillo-facial area found on I-II stage of development on average 36.46 % of the cases, at stage III - IV - in 52.66 % and 10.83 % in the stage of the disease is not was determined. Have abandoned the state were diagnosed an average of 63.49 % of cases. Analysis of intensive and standardized incidence rates of individual locations and drawing on the basis of maps according to their towns and districts of the individual areas of the western region of Ukraine can be used for practical health care more accurate and descriptive information on the prevalence of disease and its structure for further conducting medical checkups and preventive measures.
