Object: The formation and development of the risk management system of sale of pharmaceutical products. Purpose: To study theoretic and methodological regulations and the development of scientific and practical recommendations on the formation of the risk management system of sale of pharmaceutical products. Methods: A logical generalization, analysis and comparison; structural, factor, correlation analysis, decomposition method; synthesis and system analysis; economic and mathematical modeling, forecasting; graphic and matrix methods. It is offered: conceptual principles of risk-based management system of sale of pharmaceutical products; Improved: conceptual apparatus of research, in particular the concept of "risk management system of commercial enterprises"; scientific methodical approach to risk assessment of sale of pharmaceutical products. Scope of usage: enterprises of trade in pharmaceutical products.
