The dissertation is devoted to theoretical and methodological grounding and develop practical proposals for the development of integration processes in agro-food sector. The thesis substantiates the economic substance of the integration process; the features of their formation in the agro-food sector; summarizes the methodological approaches to the assessment of their socio-economic efficiency. Research of the current state of the agro-food sector of Ukraine; a comprehensive analysis of the development of integration processes in the agri-food sector; assessed their socio-economic efficiency. Established that eresliduyuchy only economic interests, integration systems do not fulfill social and environmental functions. The most difficult in the formation of integrated production systems in the field of agri-food system is to create adequate land and property relations.
