The dissertation is devoted to problem questions of efficiency estimation and implementation management of innovative technologies by agro-industrial enterprises. The essential characteristics of such concepts as "innovative technology" and "implementation of innovative technologies" were investigated and clarified, classification of innovative technologies was deepened. It was proposed the estimations of innovative technologies to be made in complex according to different methodological approaches. The analytical estimation of status and prospects of innovative technologies implementation by agro-industrial enterprises was provided. The estimation of innovative technologies implementation project in the enterprise was made. The management mechanism of innovative technologies implementation was improved, taking into account the objectives, implementation strategies, existing innovative potential of enterprises, organizational and economic support, subjects and objects of management and incentive factors. The algorithm of innovative technologies implementation by agro-industrial enterprises was proposed, which allows to make decisions reasonably. The proposals on the selection of strategy of innovation technologies implementation depending on the stage of development of enterprises and the level of innovative potential were made. The models of assessing the impact of production and management technologies on enterprise performance were developed.
