The dissertation is the first in domestic science monographic research on the basis of system-activity approach implemented comprehensive forensic analysis techniques to investigate the transport of drugs by railway transport. The thesis deals with consideration of theoretical bases of methodology of investigation of illegal transportation of drugs by a railway transport, and also to the issues of the day of practice of application of this methodology in internal affairs bodies.
