Essay

The evidence different types of intensity and direction the physiological reactions in the leaves of plants genus Aesculus L. caused by stressful effect HCLM had been confirmed first theoretically and experimentally in dissertation. The molecular-genetic research of amplified fragment length polymorphism of species and hybrids of Aesculus L. have been done. The representative spectrum of fragments for each genotype of plants have been explored. The fragment-candidate to molecular marker of resistance of species and hybrids of Aesculus L. to HCLM was proposed. The constitutional characters of plants genus Aesculus L. have been connection with peroxidase active and iron locating in plants cells was observed. The changes of the liquid crystal condition and substance of total polar lipids of membranes chloroplasts, substance and balance of sugars, phytohormones, free adenosinphosphats and unsaturated fatty acids in healthy and affected plants by HCLM. First developed and patented highly effective ways to assess the stability of the genus Aesculus L. against HCLM, based on the determination integral biochemical parameters phytohormonal balance (PhB) and energy charge (ECh) adenosinphosphat system. Using of biostimulator Regoplant inducts increasing level of plant resistance to HCLM by the way of stimulation synthesis of specific immune-constituents si/miRNA. The level of synthesis antipathogenic or antiparasitic si/miRNA at cells is recommended to use as genetic marker for indentifying of plant resistance to HCLM. To increase the degree of plant resistance against conventional HCLM of horse chestnut is recommended to using an biostimulator "Regoplant". It is technologically efficient and environmentally safe measure to the environment.
