Essay

The object of the research is the process of dispersing starch material in rotary-pulsation device. Purpose is to conduct comprehensive studies of kinematic and dynamic characteristics and installation features discrete input pulse energy at dispersing starch mixtures in rotary-pulsation device and on this basis the development of energy-saving technologies and equipment for preparation of the liquid. Research methods are the methods of physical modeling of hydrodynamics and heat transfer in multi-media; experimental methods using modern means of measuring complex and statistical data. The overall results of: (a) the rational design modifications work item dispersing starch raw materials for grinding grain mixture and maximum performance; (b) set up research and industrial machinery and developed methods of research to determine the kinematic and dynamic characteristics and features discrete input pulse energy in the starch dispersion material in rotary-pulsation device; (c) dependencies of physical parameters to select rational modes of homogenization process raw starch; (d) set pressure, consumables and power characteristics of the device at different structural parameters; (e) by rational modes of equipment; (i) found that the use of rotary-pulsating device in preparation technology of liquid feed for farm animals can reduce energy process 2-3 times compared to conventional technology, and increase productivity by 10-15% in the finished product; (i) the calculation of the economic effects of the introduction of plants for cooking liquid feed through energy efficiency and savings of raw materials is 50 thousand. in the year 100 head.
