The dissertation is devoted to complex research of administrative and legal foundations for control over the circulation of the drugs. The general social and legal characteristics of control over the circulation of the drugs from the standpoint of economic, political, organizational and legislative constituents was analyzed and provided by the author.The problems of the national legislation and legislative activities improvement in this area was researched. Administrative and legal mechanism for regulation specified sphere and its components was considered.
