The historical aspects of becoming and development of the legal adjusting of expert activity are in-process described in Ukraine. It is analyzed normatively legal adjusting of expert activity in Ukraine. Certainly system and plenary powers of subjects of the administrativeе adjusting in the field of expert activity in Ukraine. Legal essence of some types of examinations, which are carried out exceptionally the public specialized institutions, is found out. The analysis of the system is carried out tasks of subjects of expert activity in Ukraine. The features of professional activity of expert are described in the separate types of the legal proceeding. Foreign experience of the legal adjusting of expert activity is analyzed.
