The thesis is devoted to the development and research of theoretical and methodological principles and practical recommendations aimed at improving the logistics approach to managing logistical and business intelligence semiconductor industry in Ukraine. The essence and content of the main terms and determinants of logistics concepts concept of enterprise management is clarified, the analysis and classification of logistical flow processes are provided, the peculiarities of production logistics enterprises semiconductor industry are defined and the mathematical model of the distribution of trade flows in mikro markets is proposed.
