The dissertation represents complex research of institute of disciplinary civil servants in Ukraine. This paper describes the theoretical aspects of the nature and content of the discipline of public servants. Analysis of the historical development and current concepts disciplined has been given below. The value discipline to other types of legal liability has been revealed and based on these comparisons detailed description of the institute disciplinary proceedings. Make proposals to improve regulation discipline of civil servants.
