Reznik I. Legal regulation of the movement of goods across the customs border of Ukraine.

The thesis is devoted to the research on the problems concerning the theoretical and practical issues of the movement of goods across the customs border of Ukraine. Theoretical approaches to the disclosure of the nature of the goods as the main object moved across the customs border, as well as the legal nature and principles of the movement. Particular attention is paid to the role of the customs regime as a means of integrating the different components of the movement across the customs border of Ukraine and its relationship with the customs procedure. Expounded and proved the author's approach to setting the internal structure of customs clearance and the ratio of its components, as well as the role and importance of preliminary documentary control of customs and its relationship with the customs control over movement of goods across the customs border of Ukraine. Posed the question of impropriety use of the term "form of customs control". The role of new technologies in the implementation of customs control and customs clearance. Particular attention is paid to the analysis and management of risks in moving goods across borders. We consider not only its nature and contents, but also impact on the state general customs .
