According to the results of a comprehensive examination of children, which included general clinical, immunological, investigations assess of nonspecific bronchial hyperreactivity, of indicators of the bronchial inflammation in exhaled breath condensate, sputum cytological analysis and the study of polymorphism of genes GSTM1, GSTT1 and eNOS there was recommended that different variants of the bronchial inflammation were not simply the subtypes of the local inflammation, but the defining features of bronchial asthma phenotypes. Algorithm of relieving and basic individualized treatment of children with different inflammatory phenotypes of bronchial asthma based on their genotype was developed and its effectiveness was evaluated.Industry - medicine
