Kulchii I. Organizational and legal support of rural areas diversification with the participation of agricultural producers.

The thesis deals with the organizational and legal support of rural areas diversification with the participation of agricultural producers. Domestic and international law that regulates relations in the diversification of rural areas has been analyzed. The essence of rural areas diversification with agricultural producers has been clarified, its main features, principles and functions have been defined. The following forms of rural areas diversification have been studied: 1) diversification of agricultural activities; 2) diversification of non-agricultural (industrial) activities; 3) rural tourism services. The need of their implementation for the solution of the problems in rural areas and promotion of sustainable rural development has been highlighted.
