The thesis deals with the legal mechanisms of protection of agricultural land occupied by perennial plants. In the work the author made the comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of the legal protection of agricultural land occupied by perennial plants was made, the current condition of scientific research of the legislative provision and protection of agricultural land occupied by perennial plants.
