These directions are: utilitarianism and freedom. In XX century three groups of theories, which conceptualize the relationships “person-state”, adhering to the principles of minimal state, justice as fairness, and the realization of identity, have been proposed. In each of those groups of theories the categories of conceptialization have been singled out. Among these categories are: main – freedom, equality, general welfare; contiguous – power, benefit, state, political participation, civil society, trust; peripheral – tolerancy, multiculturalism, civil disobedience, paternalism, et al.
