Essay

Dissertation for the degree of candidate of technical sciences, specialty 05.17.11 - technology of refractory nonmetallic materials. - State Higher Educational Institution "Ukrainian State Chemical Technology University", Dnipropetrovsk, 2014. The results of experimental and theoretical researches in relation to development and receipt of fluor-free boron-free light - and brightly colored enamel coatings with the set physical and chemical and color descriptions for service-utility wares from thin-sheet steel are prezented. The possibility to obtain well-proven light and brightly colored enamel coverages on the basis of glass frits of the oxide system Na2О-СаО-ТіО2-SiO2, is reasonably and experimentally investigated, and they do not contain harmful for an environment and health of man of connections of fluorine and boron coniferous. The basis for enamel coatings, painted by the colored mufflers is stated to be glass, which do not tend of volume crystallizating and having next content of base components (wt. part.): SiO2 60-65, ТіО2 5-10, СаО 5-10, Na2О 20-25. Influence of alkaline (Na2O, K2O, Li2O), alkaline earth oxides (CaO, MgO, SrO ВаО) and Al2O3, Fe2О3, ZrO2, P2O5 on physical and chemical properties of enamels and description of weakly muffled and painted coatings, is investigated and stated their rational content. Compositions of fluor-free boron-free enamels are synthesized and studied physical and chemical properties of frits and glass coatings. The rational amount of ceramic pigments (for coverages of blue, pink and brown yellow - 4,0 wt. part, for green are the 2,0 wt. part.), salts of metals of variable valence (0,6 - 0,94 wt. part.) and electrolytes (KCl, NaNO3, NH4H2PO4, Al2(SO4)3·18H2O Al(ОН)3 in an amount 0,025 - 0,3 wt. part.) is stated. The technology of enameling fire-clay of polozkoho of deposit it is becomes possible now to the use. Due to use of the mathematical processing of experimental data in dependence of optical-color descriptions of the synthesized enamel coatings on content in them dye components is investigated/ The productive tests of worked out fluor-free and boron-free light and brightly colored enamel coatings are carried out they showing positive results and expediency them to be used for enameling of steelworks for the service-utility setting.
