Dissertation work is devoted to theoretical substantiation and development of scientific and methodological approaches and practical guidelines for the evaluating of economic operating efficiency of wells of oil and gas companies. The scientific and methodological approach for evaluating economic efficiency of wells and forecasting risks of their decommissioning, which allows you to create an effective portfolio of methods for increasing oil recovery from the economic mechanism of risk management decommissioning wells, is developed. The methodical approaches to the selection of indicators for evaluating economic efficiency of oil and gas companies that combine financial, technical, technological and socio-economic aspects in all functional departments are offered. The models of economic evaluation operation of wells using simulation modeling techniques that allow you to build areas of potential risk decommissioning wells, taking into account the possible economic losses and characteristics of life stages of development, are developed.
