Styrska O. Development of system of state investment crediting in post-crisis conditions in Ukraine

The thesis developed a theoretical framework and improved scientific and methodological approaches to the development of system of state investment crediting. It were specified the essences of "state investment credit" and "system of state investment crediting". Classification of state investment credit was supplemented; features and its basic forms were identified. It was investigated the system of state investment crediting, its structure and principles of operation. The process of development system of state investment crediting in Ukraine was division into five main periods. Methodological approaches to the analysis the system of state investment crediting were examined. The structure of state investment crediting in Ukraine and the main trends of its development were investigated. Strengths and weaknesses, advantages and disadvantages the system of state investment crediting in Ukraine were found. Strategic directions for development of system of investment crediting were investigated. Methodological approach to the selection of investment projects has been improved. It was proposed algorithm of exercising state investment crediting by Development Bank and the matrix of optimal distribution of budgetary resources for state investment crediting.
