Moroz P. Coordination of monetary and budgetary policies in enhancing economic growth.

The thesis is devoted to improving the theoretical background of coordination of monetary and budgetary policies as the fundamental components of state financial policy, the development of theoretical approaches and practical recommendations to improve the mechanism of coordination of monetary and budgetary policies in ensuring economic growth in Ukraine. The theoretical background of coordination of monetary and budgetary policies is improved; the models of interaction of monetary and budgetary policies as the main components of state financial policy, as well as the methods of coordination of monetary and budgetary policies that were used in practice to enhance economic growth, are investigated. The institutional, economic and legal bases for the implementation of monetary and budgetary policies of Ukraine, as well as in terms of the world financial and economic crisis, are outlined. The influence of financialization processes on the effectiveness of the coordination mechanism of monetary and budgetary policies in Ukraine is studied. A synergistic (economic-mathematical) model of economic growth dependence on the parameters of Ukraine's financial policy is proposed. The ways to improve the mechanism of monetary and budgetary policies coordination, which presupposes gradual achievement of Ukraine's financial policy objectives and whose only strategic aim is the maintenance of economic growth, are outlined.
