Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of the characteristics of the pathogenesis, clinical course and treatment of duodenal ulcer disease in different age groups taking into account the state of regional microcirculation of the gastric mucosa, intrahepatic and peripheral hemodynamics. The efficiency of the destination ethylmethylhydroxypyridine succinate on the background of eradication therapy in patients with peptic ulcer disease in elderly in order to increase the frequency of clinical and endoscopic remission, improve local microcirculation, systemic and intrahepatic hemodynamics, reduce the risk of recurrence of the disease.
