Kvasha K. Regulation of foreign trade of the agricultural sector in the context of a free trade area Ukraine - EU

The object of study: the process of regulation of foreign trade of the agricultural sector of the content preferences agreed a free trade zone between Ukraine and the EU. Objective: To develop theoretical and methodological, organizational and economic principles of state regulation of foreign trade of the agricultural sector of Ukraine in the context of European priorities of international integration with the peculiarities of the global food market. Methods: historical, economic, analytical and monographic, comparative analysis, statistical, graphical. Scientific novelty: first proposed to determine the economic effects of the creation, operation and regulation of a deep and comprehensive free trade area between Ukraine and the EU in the agricultural sector for economic stakeholders - government, producers and consumers on the basis of the analysis techniques of social welfare, built a multi-dimensional matrix of internal trade Agricultural production countries - members of the EU on the main list of goods in time and the dynamics of value and quantity using econometric modeling package programs "Mathematica"; improved practical approaches to assess the impact of the integration process with the EU in the creation of the FTA, justification of major developments in agriculture in the aftermath of Ukraine's accession to the WTO, methodical approach to determining the list of activities and regulate the support of farmers using СAP EU.
