The dissertation is dedicated to the plasma desorption mass spectrometry (PDMS) investigation of molecular and ionic complexes. The investigation of cluster formation is important for the increasing of informativity of analyses and unambiguous interpretation of the mass spectral data. The basic attention has been paid to the complex formation of the biologically active substances comprising the carbohydrate moiety and to hydroxyapatite.
