Korovjak O. Administratively-legal mechanism of prevention and counteraction of corruption in Ukraine

The dissertation is themechanism of administrative-legal forms of counteraction of corruption offences in the bodies of state governance of Ukraine, especially the analysis of the negative social phenomenon of corruption in the previously-named institutions has been analyzed. The research is the primary complex monographic representation of the administrative-legal forms of corruption offences that take their place in the governmental structures of Ukraine, in which the synthesis of the legal, methodological and practical concepts of scientific research of the system of determination factors and tendencies of institutionalization of corruption has been made. The results of the researchare structurally based on the complex empirical and practical data.
