The thesis is devoted to theoretical generalization and new solution of the actual scientific problem of increasing of the effectiveness of treatment and quality of life of persons, who have suffered due to technogenic accidents and catastrophes, with presence of non-psychotic mental disorders, on the basis of differentiated psychotherapy. From the standpoint of evidence-based medicine on the base of complex informational-theoretical, clinico-epidemiological, socio-demographic, clinico-psychopathological, psychodiagnostical, mathematical, statistical research methods, clinico-psychopathological structure of non-psychotic mental disorders in survivors of technogenic accidents and catastrophes have been analyzed. According to results of the study, the prevalence in survivors' clinical picture of anxious and depressive symptoms in non-psychotic mental disorders of organic or neurotic origin was found, which have required further analysis of modern approaches to the treatment of this group of people with the use of different areas of psychotherapy. The data obtained are used in the design and implementation of the scheme of dissertation research concerning the differential approach to treatment of non-psychotic mental disorders in survivors of technogenic accidents and catastrophes on the base of differentiated psychotherapy. The comprehensive multivariate analysis of the results of in-depth studies to assess the clinico-epidemiological indicators of non-psychotic mental disorders and quality of life in survivors of technogenic accidents and catastrophes, as well as analysis of the influence of defense mechanisms of psyche, of emotional stress, of particularities of formation of the psychotherapeutic alliance on psychotherapeutic process allowed us to develop a differentiated approach to the treatment of non-psychotic mental disorders in survivors of technogenic accidents and catastrophes, which is based on differentiated psychotherapy, with elaboration of two methods of psychotherapy treatment ("The method of treatment of stress-related non-psychotic mental disorders with the prevalence of anxious manifestations", "The method of treatment of non-psychotic mental disorders with prevalence of depressive manifestations in survivors of technogenic accidents and catastrophes"). The results of these studies have confirmed that the use of the differentiated approach to treatment, based on differentiated psychotherapy in non-psychotic mental disorders of survivors of technogenic accidents and catastrophes, gives high efficiency, both medical and social, and economic, namely: 1) the efficiency, which has been proved clinically and economically, allows to use the differentiated approach developed, which is based on differentiated psychotherapy, during inpatient treatment, diagnostic and preventive measures to survivors of technogenic accidents and catastrophes with non-psychotic mental disorders; 2) the differentiated psychotherapy during inpatient treatment, diagnostic and preventive measures to survivors of technogenic accidents and catastrophes with non-psychotic mental disorders provides an opportunity to reduce the period of stay in bed from 7.1 to 14.2 days; 3) the projected profits when applying the differentiated psychotherapy in the treatment of survivors of technogenic accidents and catastrophes with non-psychotic mental disorders in stationary conditions, while reducing the duration of treatment of 7.1 days, is at medical institution, which was the base of conducted dissertation research, and Donetsk region 515 697,65/515 059,25 UAH and 705 222,72/ 704 343,72 UAH respectively, and while decreasing the duration of treatment of 14.2 days (in the cases of maximum duration of treatment) is 1 164 626,47/1 163 988,07 UAH and 1 593 887,71/ 1 593 008,71 UAH respectively.
