Kryshtopa I. Operation and development of the financial market of Ukraine in the context of globalization

The thesis investigates the formation and development of the financial market of Ukraine in the context of globalization to demonstrate features and significant qualitative changes that have occurred, and to develop, on that basis, scientific, methodological and practical recommendations to forming the principles of stability and invulnerability of the domestic financial market. Theoretical foundations of financial market development in the context of globalization, as well as theoretical and methodological foundations of globalization were researched, definition of "financial glocalization" was proposed, definition of the "financial market" system and the mechanism of its operation were proposed. The current trends of global financial markets and emerging markets were highlighted, methodical approach to assessing the degree of financial markets integration from the point of view of financial trends of glocalization was improved, that provides a more objective assessment as to forecasting the development and interaction directions of integration interactions. Implementation of the mechanism of a country's financial market integration in the global financial environment in circumstances of financial globalization promotes stability and competitiveness of Ukrainian financial market The conceptual approach to forming the system for global financial market reform has the following key areas: reforming the global financial market as the worldwide system; improving the mechanism for controlling the processes of financial markets integration; determining the basis for the strategy of managing financial risks of the national financial market.
