Essay

A research object is a management process by the purchases of material and technical resources in the agro industrial complex of national economy. An aim of work is a scientific ground of theoretical and methodical positions and scientifically-applied bases of government control of purchases of material and technical resources in the agro industrial complex of Ukraine by optimization of purchase activity in an agrarian sphere on the basis of logistic. Research methods: an abstractly-logical, economic analysis, statistical groupments, is graphic cross-correlation-regressive, dispersible, the AVS- analysis, XYZ- analysis, extrapolation of trend, model of Winters. The scientific novelty of work consists in development, ground and perfection of theoretical positions, methodical approaches, and practical recommendations on government control of purchases of material and technical resources in the agro industrial complex of national economy of Ukraine by optimization of purchase activity in an agrarian sphere on the basis of logistic. Improved: system of indexes of economic efficiency of logistic management by the purchases of material and technical resources; methodical going near a strategic management logistic of purchases of material and technical resources in an agro industrial complex; methodical positions of management by strategies of purchases of mineral fertilizers; methodical going near a choice between an own production and supplying with material and technical resources. Got further development: essence description of process of logistic management by the purchases of material and technical resources; scientifically-methodical going near the estimation of efficiency of logistic management purchases.
