Azaryan A. Management macro process of real estate in Ukraine

A research object is macro processes of market of the real estate development in the system of national interests. An aim of work is forming of theoretical positions and methodical government bases by the macro processes of market of the real estate development on system basis. Research methods: dialectical, system and complex approaches, analysis and synthesis, expert and rating estimations, statistical and self-reactance analysis, analysis of the systems and scenario, imitation design. The scientific novelty of work consists in development of theoretical bases and methodical positions on a management by the macro processes of market of the real estate development in Ukraine on system basis. First: conceptual bases of development of control system are certain the macro processes of market of the real estate development. Improved: scientifically-diagnostic going near the analysis of influence of different groups of factors on functioning of property markets; scientifically-methodical going near the investment positioning of objects of the commercial real estate; scientifically-methodical going near the design of investment macro processes of property market. Got further development: category vehicle of research of market of the real estate development; systematization of factors influencing on functioning and development of macro processes of property market; methodical going near prognostication of the state of affairs of property markets; structural- evolutionary approach to the exposure of the stages and cycles of development of property markets.
